Location and Directions

This year, we will be meeting in MIT's Building 34.

The room number for the meeting is 34-101. Breakfast and lunch will be served very near the classroom. Please come first to the classroom area to register, and we will direct you toward the food.

There are detailed instructions for getting to Building 34 on the MIT website. The street address of the building is 50 Vassar Street, Cambridge, MA 02139.

We encourage you to use the public transportation; the walk from the Kendall/MIT T subway stop to Building 34 will take you less than 5 minutes. But, there is a parking lot right next door at the Stata Center that we will be able to use since it is a weekend. You should be able to park in just about any space. Just be wary of spots that are marked for specific people or have specific signs referring to them.

Because it is a weekend, many of the outside doors will be locked. MIT is unlocking some specific doors for us to enter through. These doors are the ones facing Vassar Street.

Once inside, you should be able to see our registration table in the lobby. The classroom is directly opposite the entrace to the building on Vassar Street.
