La decisione da parte di Debian di includere Mono nella propria più comune installazione di GNOME, per venire incontro all'esigenza di Tomboy, un'applicazione scritta in C#, porta la comunità in una direzione rischiosa. È pericoloso essere dipendenti dal C#, quindi dobbiamo scoraggiarne l'uso.
