The first draft was released this morning at an internationally attended conference in Cambridge at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The current draft is now publicly available. A new comment system has been deployed to collect your thoughts and suggestions. We have also set up a wiki to build useful descriptive resources to enable understanding of how the draft might be applied. Please read the explanation of the changes that have been made, and help us improve the GPL!
