Richard Stallman will be speaking at the ADTE's fifth free colloquium, "Logiciels libres et ressources éducatives libres, science et données ouvertes pour l’enseignement supérieur" (2018-05-02). His speech will be nontechnical, admission is gratis, and the public is encouraged to attend.
