Community meetup in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States

by Free Software Foundation Contributions Published on Apr 29, 2025 01:41 PM
Our first goal is to get more participants involved in a local Software Freedom Day event to help get the word out about free software to people in our area. The second goal is to discuss free software in general and introduce each other to our favorite free software applications. A third goal, for those of us who program or would like to learn, is to have the opportunity to share information about building free software C/C++ programs from source code and how to successfully modify and customize those programs to fit personal needs.

This event is organized by a volunteer. The FSF is delighted that so many dedicated free software activists have volunteered to organize a community meetup. The FSF hopes that these gatherings will be a great place for the free software community to meet up and wants to help make these events a success, but cannot be held accountable for volunteer-organized events.
