FSD meeting recap 2022-06-24

Check out the great work our volunteers accomplished at today's Free Software Directory.

Every week, free software activists from around the world come together in #fsf on Libera.Chat to help improve the FSD. This recaps the work we accomplished at the Friday, June 28, 2022 meeting, where we saw a couple of new programs added and several entries updated.

New programs approved with licensing check:

  • Plausible, a lightweight web analytics program.
  • X-Road, a free software solution to provide unified and secure data exchange between organizations.
  • Lumenpnp, a free software pick and place machine to aid in mid-scale manufacturing.
  • LibreLingo, an experiment to create a community-driven language-learning platform.

Programs with version bumps and/or minor edits:

  • md-toc, automatically generate a compliant table of contents for a Markdown file to improve document readability.
  • WackoWiki, a light and handy wiki engine.
  • GlobaLeak, free software intended to enable secure and anonymous whistleblowing initiatives.

Join us each week to help improve the FSD every Friday in #fsf on Libera.Chat from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. EDT (16:00 to 19:00 UTC). Find out upcoming FSD IRC Meetings by subscribing to our events RSS feed.
