Give FSF membership as a gift

by Matt Lee Contributions Published on Nov 19, 2007 06:02 PM
You can give someone a gift membership in the Free Software Foundation. This is a great gift for the free software techies and activists in your life, or an informative gift for someone who's just beginning to discover free software!
Give a friend, colleague, or loved one a gift they can be proud of: their very own FSF membership!
The dynamic duo!

All you have to do is gift them a membership of $120 ($60 if they are a student).

Your gift recipient will be able to redeem their membership from the moment your donation is complete, and enjoy for one year the many benefits that come with a membership, including a USB member card, email forwarding, access to our Jitsi Meet videoconferencing server, access to the member forum, discounts in the FSF shop and on ThinkPenguin hardware, and many more.

All gifts support software freedom and are tax-deductible, and the lucky recipient of a gift membership will be able to take comfort in the knowledge that computer users' rights to use, study, copy, modify, and redistribute modified computer programs are being defended.
