Richard Stallman will speak at the University of Calgary, 2500 University Dr. N.W., Science Theatre ST140, Calgary, Alberta, T2N 1N4, Canada. Admission is $20.00, or free for CUUG (Calgary Unix Users Group) members. Admission is free for students and for people who cannot afford the fee. Doors open at 18:30.

RMS will be heard on the MIT radio show, "Dinnertime Sampler". The show will be broadcast on WMBR 88.1 FM in Cambridge, MA. It will also be webcast and an audio recording will be available in OGG format after the broadcast date. The webcast can be heard during the broadcast time at <http://www.wmbr.org/?p=listen>.

Richard Stallman will be speaking at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, 2 White Street, Concord, NH, 03301 in the Rich Room. This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. The times below are for the larger event, "Current Developments in the Open Source and Free Software Movements". Stallman will be speaking in the morning, from 10:00am to 11:15am. Stallman describes his speech as, "People often ask whether the ideals of the Free Software Movement apply to anything other than software. In this talk I will explain how I have extended them to additional kinds of works, and where I think they do not extend."
