As part of nation-wide Venezuelan event to promote the benefits of the GNU/Linux OS and software freedoms, Richard Stallman will be giving a speech in Spanish entitled "El Software Libre y el Sistema Operativo GNU/Linux" ("Free Software and the GNU/Linux Operating System") at the Primer COngreso Nacional de Software Libre. The Stallman portion of the conference is free. The rest of the event costs approximately $10 USD for students and $35 USD for all others, registration required. Stallman will be speaking in the afternoon, from 3:30pm until approximately 5:00pm. The address for the speech is Av 3Y (San Martin) Centro Comercial Villa Ines. Maracaibo, Estado Zulia
