AcaWiki is a promising new project to build a body of scientific knowledge that is free to use, study, improve, and redistribute. Instead of waiting for journals to make papers more available, they're building a free equivalent that will be just as useful.

La decisione da parte di Debian di includere Mono nella propria più
comune installazione di GNOME, per venire incontro all'esigenza di
Tomboy, un'applicazione scritta in C#, porta la comunità in una
direzione rischiosa. È pericoloso essere dipendenti dal C#, quindi
dobbiamo scoraggiarne l'uso.
