Seeking talented support person (with a technical bent) for a 2-3 month contract position
OLPC is seeking a talented support person (with a technical bent) for a 2-3 month contract position in Cambridge, MA
- Professionally respond to phone, email, and letters for escalated customer complaints;
- Shipping and receiving products related to customer issues;
- Work with database tracker to help manage and report on customer issues;
- Help identify potential technical issues based on database statistics; and Interface with Partners for follow up on difficult orders.
