We're a speed introductions platform that essentially takes the offline speed dating model and brings it online, allowing you to meet 5 people in 5 minutes, via live voice and video (in browser). requirements: you'll have the following experience:

• 4/5 years experience in python
• interest in learning new frameworks (django)
• postgresql
• debian
• amazon ec2

ideally you'll also have the following:

• javascript / ajax
• HTML / XSLT
• experience with streaming video / audio (FMS2/3)
• top notch consumer web app experience
• have worked on large scale webapps

and you really need:

• self starter
