Seeking a Drupal Contractor to make modifications to existing password protected Extranet site that serves as a job Web site for youth trained to work in after-school programs across New York City. Sample descriptions of changes to existing Drupal-based site are below:

FOR STUDENT USERS

Add optional sign up for automatic e-mail when new jobs are posted.

Send auto emails to users whenever a new job is posted to the Bank.

Create a clickable field/filter so users can sort jobs by date posted, borough/location, and organization name.

Be able to click for more information about organization (should link to either org Web site and/or profile of organization).

When they sign up for an account, have drop-down menu that asks how they found out about the site, and which TASC program they participated in.

FOR EMPLOYER USERS

When they sign up for account, have drop-down menu that asks how they found out about the site Note how many student users there are (ticker or counter).

Create a “My organization” section that will be featured on the menu bar along with “My jobs.”

When employers sign up for an account, they will be asked to provide more detailed information about their organization. This organization profile will be viewable and searchable by student users. Employers will have the option of editing it after registering.

Fix problem of employer users not being able to correct which organization they work for.

OVERALL

Add design elements and make website look and feel more clean, streamlined and easy to use. Site is located here: http://jobbank.tascorp.org. Dummy log-ins as a student and employer will be provided to finalists.
