Assist in designing, building, enhancing and maintaining professional grade, high-traffic web sites. Ideal candidate will have a minimum four-year degree in computer science or related field.

PaperBackSwap, SwapaCD, and SwapaDVD are the largest and fastest-growing sites dedicated to swapping personal entertainment media. We are currently looking to add talented folks to our outstanding team.

Outside-the-box thinking and an entrepreneurial mind set are huge pluses. Opportunities to advance are immense and plentiful. Being a good team player is an absolute must-have. Excellent written communication is a plus. Applicants who would like to be part of an exciting suite of sites are strongly encouraged to apply.   • Strong working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Apache & GNU/Linux.
  • 2+ Years of fulltime PHP experience.
  • Experience creating dynamic web pages with JavaScript.
  • Experience optimizing high traffic web sites/databases for performance a big plus.
  • Experience as GNU/Linux Server Admin and/or MySQL Server Admin a plus.
  • Experience using and configuring software such as memcached, sphinx, sendmail a plus.
  • Zend PHP certification a plus.
