As part of the the ESLARED WALC 2005 conference sponsored by the Universidad de los Andes, Richard Stallman will be giving a second speech on July 25, 2005 entitled "GNU and the Free Software Movement" from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Registration is required, and the event is open to attendees of the ESLARED WALC 2005 conference.
