Free Software and Beyond
Richard Stallman will be speaking at the Franklin Pierce Law Center, 2 White Street, Concord, NH, 03301 in the Rich Room. This event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. The times below are for the larger event, "Current Developments in the Open Source and Free Software Movements". Stallman will be speaking in the morning, from 10:00am to 11:15am. Stallman describes his speech as, "People often ask whether the ideals of the Free Software Movement
apply to anything other than software. In this talk I will explain
how I have extended them to additional kinds of works, and where I
think they do not extend."
