Opinions Published: GPLv3 and LGPLv3 Drafts Open for Comments

Today, we published opinions written to supplement the rationale document which was released with the second draft of GPLv3. The documents provide clarification on some of the changes in the second draft. They address the following topics:

• Patent Retaliation
