Associate Member Annual Meetings

Annual Associate Member Meetings

Our members are invited to attend an annual event hosted by the Free Software Foundation in Boston, MA.

Our next FSF members meeting will be held in Cambridge, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 21st and Sunday, March 22nd 2009 - more information.

These meetings feature presentations by the FSF staff and board of directors, in addition to discussion and conversation with the members. This year's gathering features an extra day which will run in a Open Spaces-style, where we'll create some of the tools needed to ensure freedom for users of network services.

They're a great way to meet other free software enthusiasts, to benefit from the knowledge and experience of the minds behind the FSF, and to give feedback to the leadership of the organization about the work they've been doing (or not doing).

For those members who can't make it to the meetings, we will be recording all of the presentations, and will post them here on the site.

There have been six meetings so far. They change from year to year, but you can take a look at the schedules of the past events to get an idea of what the meetings are usually like.
